The Facilities Master Plan/Educational Specifications document developed for Walatowa High Charter School (WHCS) is intended to serve as an outline for the institutional needs required to continue to provide outstanding educational services for each student; including the dual credit opportunities and career certificate programs offered at WHCS. In order to accomplish these goals, WHCS has to provide facilities for the continuation of providing a rich learning environment. The schools mission is reflected in the development of its capital plan.
